To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on our App and Site, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of Koza or have been licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koza, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your use of the services caused damage to a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our App and Site. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
