koza Story.

The creation of koza is deeply personal to me as its founder. Growing up in a family where nearly 60% of members worked in salons, I intimately understood the challenges faced by the industry. This background inspired me to develop a salon discovery and appointment booking app in 2015 to simplify salon visits. However, I soon realized that the true potential for change lay elsewhere.

Customer loyalty to their hairdressers prompted me to reevaluate just 8 months into operations. In 2024, armed with a decade of experience successfully running a software development agency, I refocused my efforts on streamlining salon operations.

This journey led to the birth of koza, driven by a heartfelt mission to revolutionize salon efficiency. It's more than just a business; it's a passion project aimed at uplifting an industry close to my heart.
